Common questions

• I want to change the book after ordering. Open the preview link from your email: you can change the text and ask for up to 10 redrawn pictures before you approve it.
• I don't like the finished preview. Tell us before you approve it and we refund you in full.
• My book arrived damaged. Send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we reprint it free.
• Where is my book? Your shipping email has a tracking link. Printing takes a few working days before the parcel is sent.
• Please delete my data. Write to us and we will delete your book and its details. See the privacy policy.
